Shipping policy

SHIPPING
New Zealand - Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout. With recent high demands on the NZ postal network delivery times can vary, however, we will always do our best to get your wine to you in 7-10 days. 

International - at this stage we do not offer international shipping. 

RETURNS
Faulty or Damaged items - should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or deemed faulty, then please contact hello@lutawines.com to arrange a refund or replacement. 

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your returned item is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
